“No one should leave work frustrated because of their workflow—their job shouldn’t be harder than it has to be. We should just be able to show up, get the job done, and then go home.”
Hathra was built around a simple idea: your documentation should serve your business, not work against it.
After more than eight years of experience working with documentation, safety, trucking, heavy equipment, training, and administrative systems, I reached a point where I realized I had a lot to offer businesses directly. I genuinely enjoy taking something that feels complicated, outdated, or frustrating and turning it into a document or process that makes someone's job easier.
There is something incredibly rewarding about hearing, “My job is so much easier now.” That's what I want Hathra to do for people.
Much of my background comes from trucking, heavy equipment, and safety environments—particularly companies going through periods of growth, modernization, and system integration.
I've helped companies move from old-school paper processes into more organized digital systems, digitized and rebuilt existing documentation, developed procedures and manuals, and created working systems using Excel, Word, PDFs, Access, and other familiar tools.
My experience has included work with:
Safety manuals, procedures, inspections, and incident documentation
DOT and FMCSA-related documentation and internal audit preparation
Driver files, hiring checklists, onboarding, training, and orientation
Driver logs and IFTA documentation and spreadsheets
Drug and alcohol random-program administration
Maintenance and equipment documentation
Bonus incentives and programs
PPE inventory, harness checkout, and accountability systems
ELD tablets, fuel cards, company phones, equipment, and asset tracking
Training materials, online training courses, and driver instruction
SOPs for equipment, technology, troubleshooting, and internal processes
Expense reporting, billing trackers, mileage tracking, and other administrative spreadsheets
Incident and safety documentation connected to work performed for industrial clients including Dow and Phillips 66
I've also been part of multiple technology transitions, including ELD migrations. Beyond learning new software—it meant figuring out how the technology affected the people using it, documenting the process, training employees, troubleshooting problems, and making sure the paperwork around it still made sense.
That experience taught me that good documentation is rarely about creating more paperwork. It's about creating the right paperwork.
I have a special place in my heart for trucking. My dad was a truck driver, and I've seen how much drivers and small fleets carry—not only on the road, but administratively.
A driver shouldn't be constantly losing paperwork or struggling with a checklist that doesn't make sense. An owner shouldn't lie awake wondering whether something was forgotten that day. And the person handling hiring shouldn't have to remember every step from memory each time someone new walks through the door.
The process should already be there.
Instead of asking:
Did I order the MVR? Did they get a tablet? Did they complete orientation? What paperwork am I missing?
you should be able to open the new-hire file, follow a clear checklist, see what has already been completed, and know exactly what comes next.
That's the kind of structure Hathra is built to create.
Small businesses often reach a point where they desperately need better documentation but aren't ready to purchase expensive enterprise software, hire another full-time employee, or pay corporate consulting prices. Hathra exists in that space.
I believe documentation should be simple, connected, and tailored to the way your business actually works.
Information shouldn't have to be entered three different times into three different systems. Employees shouldn't have to ask where the latest version of a form is. Important processes shouldn't exist only in one person's head. Spreadsheets shouldn't be full of unnecessary steps and outdated information simply because “that's how we've always done it.”
Sometimes the best solution isn't another piece of software.
Sometimes it's a better spreadsheet. A clear SOP. A useful checklist. A filing structure that makes sense. A training manual employees can actually follow. Or several of those pieces working together properly.
That's what Hathra focuses on.
I'm here to help create a system that serves you instead of working against you—so you can confidently handle the paperwork, spend more time running and growing your business, and go home carrying a little less work-related stress with you.
